Part I. Information Collection 
Lisa Fine Arts Press and collects information through our Web site at several points. We collect the following information about visitors to our site: 1. Numbers of pages viewed; 2. Any email contact form or survey form submission, including any data submitted therein. Survey results are used to improve our site and offerings. 3. For any visitor who buys a product from us we will collect that person's name, email (and shipping address when needed for physical delivery of a product)when they provide these, in order to deliver their products to them. Any such information is used solely for delivery of goods and information, and laws regarding privacy will be followed by Lisa Fine Arts Press and  4. We would collect any information which our web visitors gave about others, such as name and address in the case of gift purchases, or any references or referrals made by our site users.  Lisa Fine Arts Press and doesn't ever knowingly ask someone under the age of 13 to give out personal information. We collect the following general data that is not personally identifiable: anonymous website traffic data. Email addresses given to us are never sold, shared or loaned to anyone else. (Information would only be shared with Law Enforcement if it absolutely had to be, or if someone were trying to perform fraud.)

We do use cookies. A cookie is a small text file that a Web server places on a user's computer hard drive to be a unique identifier. Cookies enable Lisa Fine Arts Press and to track usage patterns, such as unique visitors to our website, which pages are viewed, what type of web browser is used, and other related traffic statistics. Our cookies do have an expiration date, and automatically expire in 6 months. Our cookies do not collect personally identifiable information. A third party (Google) collects the above information at our Website on our behalf, for our purpose of web traffic-flow analysis. Traffic information is only tracked on, and concerns our own sites. We don't track any other information. Users are free to refuse to accept cookies, or to delete cookies after they're done browsing on our websites, and to continue doing business with us.

Part II. Information Usage
The information collected by Lisa Fine Arts Press and will be used for the purposes stated, and any survey information collected will be read by us, so as to know what our customers really want. Users who choose to provide email information will receive email announcements, information and may receive occasional gifts via email and emailed download links. Customers may receive additional announcements from us about products, services, special deals or free gifts. Out of respect for the wishes of our customers and users we present the option to not receive these types of communications (to opt out), at any time.

The anonymous site information we collect (page views and length of time on a page and such) will be used to create anonymous customer profiles based on browsing and purchasing history. We do not supplement information collected at our website with data from other sources, such as credit history to authorize purchases. We may share personal information with the following third parties: PayPal and any credit card companies who share information during the purchasing process in order to complete a transaction, and the United States Postal Service, or any other shipper we may use, in order to deliver your goods if they are in physical format.

If any problem should arise, our customers may contact us by email using the contact form on our website. We will communicate by telephone where possible, when that is most convenient for you. We are committed to resolving any problems as rapidly as possible.

Part IV. Data Storage and Security
Lisa Fine Arts Press and protects user information by using PayPal, and only payment procedures wherein users are protected with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption of their data.
